Exchanges
In order to keep our prices as low as possible please help us EXCHANGE your selection for a better choice. Just Call us toll free at 1-800-538-0526
and ask for help with exchanging your selection and to receive your Return Authorization #. You can also email us at exchange@fabulousrugs.com . Exchanges must be made and received by us within 15 days of date you received the piece.
Returns without exchange
If you must return your item, call us at 1-816-741-7148 or email us at returns@fabulousrugs.com to receive your Return Authorization #. Returns must be made and received by us within 15 days of date you received the piece in order to receive credit for your returned purchase.
In order to keep our prices as low as possible, if you received a free gift for your purchase, it will need to be returned in new condition. If we do not receive the free gift back when your return is received, you will be refunded the amount of your purchase minus the regular price of the free gift associated with your purchase.
What is not Returnable/exchangeable
Regretfully personalized, Special Sized, Re-Sized, End-Capped Runners, and custom-made items are not returnable at any time.
How To Ship/Return an Item(s)
We recommend that packages be sent back to us via any carrier that can track and insure the packages for you. You are responsible for hiring and paying for the expense to return each item.
1. Completely wrap your returns in the original packaging or equivalent along with any free gifts you may have received as a result of your order.
2. DO NOT apply tape to the actual rug(s) or fold the rug(s).
3. Items that have been soiled or damaged may be refused or cause you to incur additional fees. We will not accept rugs that have been visibly damaged or soiled.
4. No refunds will be given if item is not received by us within 15 days from the time you received the item.
5. Be sure to write your Return authorization number on OUTSIDE of the package.
6. No packages will be accepted without a return authorization number on the outside of the package.
Credits for returns can only be applied to the same card as was charged. If paid by check then we will refund via check. Credits and Refunds can take a few days to process.
DAMAGE
Damage or defects must be reported within 48 hours from the time you received the rug. We are not responsible for damages caused during shipping. If you should find damage or defects contact the delivering carrier immediately. Be sure to retain all packaging materials. If possible, take a photograph of the damaged package, as this can assist in your claims process.
