Note: We want to take the opportunity to remind you that if you are considering a rug LARGER than 8” x 11” that it might be wise to order a smaller size and then take advantage of our Exchange Policy to get the larger one. This is because of the expense for you to ship a rug larger than 8 feet long back to us can be more than $100. If you instead order a small rug like a runner or 4” x 6” as a swatch to see the color and texture and then take advantage of our exchange policy to return the 4” x 6” size and then get the larger size the risk and shipping cost will be much LESS. In most cases we will reimburse you the cost to return the smaller size if you are exchanging for a larger size.

For all other orders outside the US and Canada, shipping and any applicable customs and duty charges will apply.

For Canadian orders, we will take care of all duties and customs charges for orders shipped to Canadian addresses. Canadian residents will be required to pay GST. Residents of Ontario will also be required to pay PST.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or an APO address.

Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii must go by air and the shipping charges for that service will be calculated during the checkout process. We can also ship to countries other than the US, but please contact us first to discuss shipping tariffs and duties.

Most items are shipped 2-3 days of receiving your order. This means you will receive your rug in about 5 to 6 days depending on how long the carrier takes after your item ships. All custom orders or made to size orders will take several weeks depending on how difficult and where we have to get it from. We will inform you as to the lead time on your rug after we process your order.

We utilize UPS, Fed-Ex Ground service and common carriers for shipping in the continental United States. For those times when you need a rug in a hurry, we can ship second-day air at an additional charge. Please note that this special request is an additional shipping fee will not be refunded if the rug is returned.

If you find the same rug is advertised in print form on a website, catalog, newsprint, or even a sale flyer for less than you paid us for the rug we will issue credit/refund to you for the item purchased if we can’t beat the price you saw advertised. Their price must be compared with normal freight charges to be fair.

To report your better price just call us at 1-800-538-0526 or email us at service@fabulousrugs.com . We will ask you to submit a original or copy of the print form of the item shown at a better price.

As you should understand, Emailed, Typed, Hand-Written, or Verbal quotes can not be accepted as valid. Only advertised prices are valid except for misprinted ads/prices.

Exchanges
In order to keep our prices as low as possible please help us EXCHANGE your selection for a better choice. Just Call us toll free at 1-800-538-0526 and ask for help with exchanging your selection and to receive your Return Authorization #. You can also email us at exchange@fabulousrugs.com . Exchanges must be made and received by us within 15 days of date you received the piece.

Returns without exchange
If you must return your item, call us at 1-816-741-7148 or email us at returns@fabulousrugs.com to receive your Return Authorization #. Returns must be made and received by us within 15 days of date you received the piece in order to receive credit for your returned purchase.

In order to keep our prices as low as possible, if you received a free gift for your purchase, it will need to be returned in new condition. If we do not receive the free gift back when your return is received, you will be refunded the amount of your purchase minus the regular price of the free gift associated with your purchase.

What is not Returnable/exchangeable
Regretfully personalized, Special Sized, Re-Sized, End-Capped Runners, and custom-made items are not returnable at any time.

How To Ship/Return an Item(s)
We recommend that packages be sent back to us via any carrier that can track and insure the packages for you. You are responsible for hiring and paying for the expense to return each item.

1. Completely wrap your returns in the original packaging or equivalent along with any free gifts you may have received as a result of your order.
2. DO NOT apply tape to the actual rug(s) or fold the rug(s).
3. Items that have been soiled or damaged may be refused or cause you to incur additional fees. We will not accept rugs that have been visibly damaged or soiled.
4. No refunds will be given if item is not received by us within 15 days from the time you received the item.
5. Be sure to write your Return authorization number on OUTSIDE of the package.
6. No packages will be accepted without a return authorization number on the outside of the package.

Credits for returns can only be applied to the same card as was charged. If paid by check then we will refund via check. Credits and Refunds can take a few days to process.

DAMAGE
Damage or defects must be reported within 48 hours from the time you received the rug. We are not responsible for damages caused during shipping. If you should find damage or defects contact the delivering carrier immediately. Be sure to retain all packaging materials. If possible, take a photograph of the damaged package, as this can assist in your claims process.
